On last night's show, Stephen Colbert annouced that he was shutting down the Colbert Super PAC. However, as the following clips show, he has a very creative legal idea on what to do with the money. Also, his advisor, Karl Rove lookalike 'Ham Rove' doesn't survive the "cuts":
